Commerce Excellence Club Organises Workshop on Chartered Accountancy

The Commerce Excellence Club of St Joseph’s College, Hassan, organised an insightful workshop on “A Roadmap to Become a Chartered Accountant” for BCom students. The session was led by Mr. Hanamanth Pandri, Chartered Accountant from Bangalore, who guided students on the various stages of the CA course, preparation strategies, career opportunities and essential skills for success in accounting and finance.

The workshop highlighted the importance of discipline, consistency, conceptual understanding and continuous learning in pursuing a professional qualification. The interactive session enhanced students’ awareness of Chartered Accountancy as a career option and encouraged them to pursue their professional goals with greater clarity and confidence.

The event took place on 22 September 2026 at the Loyola Auditorium. It was coordinated by Mr Arjun HS, HOD of Commerce Department.
