SJC Hassan Organizes Successful Placement Drive in Association with Magic Bus India Foundation

St Joseph’s College, Hassan, in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation, organized a Placement Drive for graduate and postgraduate students on 18th July 2025 at the college campus. The event aimed to provide career opportunities to young aspirants and connect them with reputed companies.

The programme was inaugurated by Fr Leo Pereira SJ, the Superior of St Joseph's Institutions, Hassan, who encouraged students to make the most of the opportunity and embrace the challenges of the professional world with confidence and commitment.

A total of 12 leading companies from Bangalore and Hassan participated in the drive with their HR teams present to interact with the candidates. The companies included: Apollo Pharmacy, K12 Techno, Omega Health, EZY, Magical Business Solutions, Quess Corp, Merched Carred Connect, Muthoot Finance, I Process, BSS Micro Finance, Flipkart, and No Broker.

The drive attracted more than 120 candidates from various colleges across Hassan and Kodagu districts. The atmosphere was energetic and filled with anticipation, as students engaged in interviews and aptitude tests.

The event proved to be a great success, with many students receiving offer letters on the spot and others being shortlisted for further rounds of interviews. It was a significant step forward in empowering the youth of the region and enhancing their employability through structured support and industry collaboration.
