“Exploring GST with Expertise” Guest Talk on GST at SJC Hassan

The Commerce Excellence Club of St Joseph’s College, Hassan organized an insightful guest talk on the theme “GST Powerhouse: Learn, Calculate, and Conquer Compliance.” The session was delivered by Dr. Ramapriya H. D., Associate Professor, BGS First Grade College, Adichunchanagiri University, who shed light on the nuances of Goods and Services Tax (GST), its calculation methods, and the critical aspects of compliance for businesses and individuals.

The talk enabled students to deepen their understanding of GST as a cornerstone of India’s tax structure and equipped them with practical knowledge to navigate compliance challenges effectively.

Such initiatives by the Commerce Excellence Club aim to bridge classroom learning with real-world applications, preparing students to be competent professionals in the field of commerce and taxation.
