Expert Talk on “Emerging Trends in Finance” Inspires Future Professionals

St Joseph’s College, in collaboration with Mylogic Business Management School, organized an insightful talk on “Emerging Trends in Finance” for BCom and BBA students. The session aimed to equip students with industry-relevant knowledge and career direction in the evolving financial landscape.

The resource person, Vinod Chandran, a Chartered Accountant, shared valuable insights on excelling in finance through professional accounting courses. He addressed the real challenges faced by BBA and BCom graduates in the competitive job market and guided students on strategically planning their careers.

He encouraged aspiring professionals to consider globally recognized certifications such as CMA and CPA to enhance their employability and expertise. The event was coordinated by Ms Afrah, the faculty at SJC, who introduced the resource person, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr Rangegowda. The event took place on 13 February 2026
