A career mentorship session was conducted for the final year BBA, BCom, and BCA students of St Joseph’s College, Hassan by Ms. Rosline Rashmi from Mentor To Go – Placement Program (1:2 Model). The session introduced students to a structured mentorship initiative aimed at enhancing their career readiness and employability skills.

During the session, Ms. Rashmi explained the objectives and structure of the Mentor To Go program, which focuses on providing career mentorship to young people across India through a flexible digital platform. The program follows a 1:2 mentorship model, where mentors guide small groups of students over a four-month period, with participants spending approximately four hours per month completing sessions through the Mentor To Go app.

Students were briefed on key topics covered in the program, including Growth Mindset, Resume Writing to Industry Standards, Mock Interviews, and Time and Stress Management. The program also offers webinars with industry experts on recruitment trends and, when required, technical skill sessions for interview preparation.

A significant number of students registered on the Mentor To Go portal during the session. The program is free of cost, and participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the mentorship program. The program was held on March 09, 2026. It was coordinated by Ms Tasmiya Sultana, faculty and placement department, SJC Hassan.
