Career Guidance Session for Commerce Students at St. Joseph’s PU College

A Career Guidance Talk on “Career Opportunities after PUC (Commerce)” was organized at St. Joseph’s PU College. The session aimed to help students make informed choices about their higher education and career paths.

The talk was conducted by Ms. Tasmiya Sultana, Head of the Department of Management, St. Joseph’s College, Hassan. Around 100 Commerce students attended the engaging session, which covered in detail various degree programmes such as B.Com, BBA, and BCA, along with professional courses like CA, CS, and CMA.

Ms. Sultana guided students on selecting the right course based on their interests, skills, and career aspirations, while emphasizing the importance of self-assessment in career planning. The interactive session saw enthusiastic participation and thoughtful questions from students. The programme proved to be insightful and enriching, leaving students better equipped to plan their future academic and professional journeys.
