Capacity Building Programme Equips Final-Year Students with Industry- Ready Skills

The Placement Office and IQAC of St Joseph’s College, Hassan successfully organized a five-day Capacity Building Programme for all final-year BBA, BCA, and B.Com students from 27th to 31st October 2025.

A total of 158 students participated in this intensive 24-hour training, which aimed to enhance both technical and soft skills. The sessions were conducted by expert trainers from the Magic Bus India Foundation, including Mr. Nikhil Teja S, Mr. Basappa Khyadad, Mr. Joshua Daniel, Mr. Naveen, and Mr. Pavan.

Students received valuable inputs on Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Web Development, Employability Skills, Communication, and CV Writing. Certificates were awarded to all participants upon completion of the course.

The programme was coordinated by Fr. Olvin Veigas SJ, Ms. Tasmiya Sultana, and Ms. Veena DM, ensuring a well-organized and enriching experience for all.
