Capacity Building Workshop by SJCC for SJC Hassan Students

The Department of Business Management of St Joseph’s College of Commerce (SJCC), Bangalore, extended its support to St Joseph’s College, Hassan, by conducting a two-day capacity building program aimed at preparing students for business fest competitions and other co-curricular events.

A team of 9 enthusiastic BBA students from SJCC mentored and trained 40 students of SJC Hassan, 7 of Loyola Degree College, Manvi, Raichur and 6 from St Joseph’s First Grade College Chikamagalur focusing on enhancing their confidence, presentation skills, and creativity. The sessions were especially tailored for those showing an inclination toward participating in events such as business fests, fashion show, and other competitions.

The interactive and engaging training sessions were well-received and highly appreciated by the students and faculty alike. This initiative not only built skills but also strengthened the collaborative spirit within the Josephite institutions. The event took place on 9-10 September 2025.
