St. Joseph’s College Launches Week-Long Capacity-Building Programme on AI and Employability Skills

St. Joseph’s College, Hassan, in association with Edunet Foundation and Magic Bus India Foundation, inaugurated a week-long capacity-building programme on 5 October 2026 at Loyola Auditorium. The programme aims to equip students with relevant skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and enhance their employability and placement opportunities.

As part of the initiative, Shivangini Gupta and Gunjan Mishra from Edunet Foundation are training II and III-year BBA and BCom female students under the AI for Women programme, focusing on AI awareness and digital skills. Meanwhile, Daniel Joshua, Jabez Israel, and Madhusudhan from Magic Bus India Foundation are conducting upskilling sessions for II and III-year BBA and BCom male students, with an emphasis on employability and placement readiness.

The initiative reflects the college’s commitment to empowering students through industry- relevant skills, digital competencies, and career-oriented training, preparing them to meet the evolving demands of the job market.
